Car Connections is a proudly independent, family business which, as part of ANZ Investments Ltd has been in the business of providing personal transport solutions to thousands of customers for more than 120 years! The business started as a rural blacksmiths in the late 1800's before joining the Ford network in 1913 under the name of Reid & Adams Ltd. We maintained this relationship until 2004 when we sold our Ford dealerships allowing us freedom to develop other areas of our business. Our team currently has over 160 years combined experience in the motor industry across the entire spectrum from acquisition of new or used vehicles to delivery of your chosen vehicle direct to your door. 

We operate from four bases in Stranraer, Castle Douglas, Glasgow and Edinburgh. We have a different approach to others in our industry but always with our clients' interests as the foundation of everything we do. We have many different options available whether you are running a fleet of vehicles, looking for your next personal mode of transport or buying a high end used specialist car or even your first run-around.

In Stranraer we have vehicle display showroom on the Blackparks Industrial Estate, we also have town centre access within our unique automotive art gallery, we share this site with our sister business Galloway Travel Services. We also have offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as a further vehicle display facility in Castle Douglas. Our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices operate on an appointment only basis but we also are very happy to visit you at your place of work or home.
